MyHome Assistance Program

  • Up to 3.5% down payment/closing cost assistance.

  • Works with FHA and Conventional loans.

CalPLUS Conventional with ZIP

  • Fixed-rate mortgage with up to 6% assistance.

  • Great for those needing extra help covering upfront costs.
